Undersecretary (retired); qualification as attorney-at-law. He worked for Flughafen München GmbH and at the Bavarian tax authorities, from 1983 at the Bavarian State Ministry of Finance and from 1991 in the fiscal department as Head of Division for tax legislation, retained earnings of income tax and tax accounting law. He was the head of the fiscal department from 2001 to 2017. He joined Peters, Schönberger & Partner in 2017. Of counsel.
